    By submitting this e-Warranty Registration, I acknowledge and agree that:

    LENC Paints Sdn Bhd (“LPSB”) will collect, use, store, and process my personal data (including name, contact details, vehicle information, and workshop details) for:

    1. registering and administering my warranty,
    2. processing any warranty claims,
    3. providing after-sales support, and
    4. communicating warranty-related matters.

    2. Disclosure of Personal Data

    My data may be shared with:

    1. the workshop where my vehicle was serviced,
    2. LPSB’s authorized distributors/service partners, and
    3. Allianz (for product liability insurance purposes, where applicable),
      strictly for the purposes stated above.

    3. Confidentiality & Protection

    LPSB will protect my personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws and will not sell, rent, or disclose my information to unauthorized parties.

    4. Marketing & Promotional Use (Optional)

    With my consent, LPSB may also use my personal data to send me marketing communications, promotional offers, and updates on new products or services through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other channels. I may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting LPSB.
