BHD. \u2013 \u201cLPSB\u201d)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>1. General Terms &amp; Conditions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>1.1 The following General Terms &amp; Conditions apply to:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>HALO LuxeShield LC-606 PLUS 2:1 PREMIUM HS CLEAR<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>HALO TitanShield LC-707 2:1 UHS LOW VOC CLEAR<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>HALO HydroShield LC-909 2:1 UHS LOW VOC CLEAR<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(collectively the \u201cHALO Signature Series Clear Coat\u201d), together with:<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>HALO T939 2K Extra Slow Thinner<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>HALO 2K HB 4:1\u5e95\u6f06<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>HALO Basecoat<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(collectively referred to with the HALO Signature Series Clear Coat as the \u201cProduct\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>1.2 Eligibility &amp; Registration<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The vehicle owner must register the warranty via <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lencpaints.com.my\/zh\/\"><strong>www.lencpaints.com.my<\/strong><\/a> strictly through the designated QR code provided by the authorized HALO Signature Panel Workshop where the Product was applied. Any registration made without scanning the designated QR code shall render this warranty invalid.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The warranty shall commence on the earlier of:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(a) the date of first application of the Product to the vehicle; or<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(b) ninety (90) days from the date of purchase of the Product, as contained in the original receipt.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vehicles used for commercial purposes (past, present, or during the warranty period) are expressly excluded.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Initial application must be performed by an authorized HALO Signature Panel Workshop, equipped with an oven spray booth and certified by LPSB.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Any application, re-application, or repair must be performed only by a certified Product Installer or an Installer expressly authorized by LPSB. Any work performed by unauthorized third parties shall immediately void this warranty.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">LPSB must be notified of any claim due to failure of the Product within thirty (30) days of occurrence.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Warranty is personal to the registered vehicle owner but may be transferred if the new owner complies with the Care Instructions under this Warranty Program.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>2. General Liability Limitations<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>2.1 Scope of Protection<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">LPSB warrants that, upon proper application, the Product shall be free from premature clear coat film failure solely due to the following defects:<\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>HALO Signature Series Clear Coat, HALO 2K Primer HB 4:1 &amp; HALO T939 2K Extra Slow Thinner<\/strong> \u2013 free from cracking issues upon application, defined as visible cracks within the clear coat film not caused by substrate, structural defects, or external factors.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>HALO Signature Series Clear Coat, HALO 2K Primer HB 4:1, HALO Basecoat &amp; HALO T939 2K Extra Slow Thinner<\/strong> \u2013 free from cracking as above, and from peeling, defined as the clear coat detaching from the base paint or vehicle surface, not arising from substrate defects or external damage.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>2.2 Insurance Coverage<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The HALO Signature Series Clear Coat is insured under Allianz Product Liability Insurance. For clarity:<\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vehicle owners shall not make claims directly to Allianz.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">All claims must be submitted via the workshop of original application (or other authorized workshop designated by LPSB).<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The workshop liaises with LPSB, and LPSB handles all matters with Allianz.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>2.3 Exclusions of Liability<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">LPSB shall not be liable for:<\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pre-existing paint defects, poor workmanship, or substandard materials from the vehicle manufacturer, dealer, or any unauthorized third party.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Surface imperfections such as swirl marks, scratches, scuffs, chips, or water spots.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Purely aesthetic issues (loss of gloss, hydrophobicity, or minor swirl marks) not affecting coating integrity.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Matters covered by the vehicle manufacturer\u2019s warranty.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Damage caused by:<\/span>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">manual\/automatic wash brushes,<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">contaminated or abrasive cloths,<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">untreated accident repairs,<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">vandalism,<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">moisture retention from ponding,<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">contaminants such as tar, bird droppings, tree sap, or stone chips.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or misapplication.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gradual deterioration due to natural weathering.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Defects caused by improper application not in line with LPSB\u2019s official guidelines.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>2.4 Warranty Invalidations<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Warranty will be void if:<\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vehicle maintenance is neglected, or Care Instructions are not followed.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Abrasive compounds, waxes, polishes, or third-party products are used.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vehicle is used for racing or subject to abuse.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Damage arises from rust, oxidation, fire, flood, or force majeure events.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Accident-damaged areas are not repaired\/re-treated as required.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vehicle surfaces are altered or modified.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Any other Terms &amp; Conditions herein are breached.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>3. Product Warranty<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>3.1 Warranty Period<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\">\n<table class=\"has-fixed-layout\">\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<td><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Product<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Labour &amp; Paint Material<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Paint Material Only<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><span style=\"color: #000000;\">HALO LuxeShield LC-606 PLUS 2:1 PREMIUM HS CLEAR<\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3 years<\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2 years<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><span style=\"color: #000000;\">HALO TitanShield LC-707 2:1 UHS LOW VOC CLEAR<\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3 years<\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2 years<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><span style=\"color: #000000;\">HALO HydroShield LC-909 2:1 UHS LOW VOC CLEAR<\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3 years<\/span><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2 years<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/figure>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>3.2 Warranty Limits<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Within the first 3 years, LPSB will provide replacement product plus reimbursement of labour charges for reapplication\/restoration.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">During years 4\u20135, warranty covers replacement product only (labour excluded).<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Reapplication\/restoration must be performed at the original workshop, unless unavailable, in which case LPSB will designate an alternative authorized workshop.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Any works performed at non-authorized workshops shall nullify warranty coverage.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Any excess costs, site clearance, transport, or ancillary charges are borne by the vehicle owner.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Delivery of replacement product under warranty shall not extend the original warranty period.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>4. Warranty Claim Procedure<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4.1 Only vehicles registered via the authorized QR code process are eligible. Claims without valid QR-linked registration are void.<\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4.2 Procedure:<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vehicle owner returns to the authorized HALO Signature Panel Workshop of original application.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Workshop inspects vehicle, notifies LPSB, and submits claim form\/details.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">LPSB verifies registration and warranty validity.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If valid, LPSB processes and liaises with Allianz.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Workshop receives outcome and instructions for rectification.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4.3 All claim communications flow through the workshop. Vehicle owners may only contact LPSB Careline (<a href=\"tel:+60127727730\">+6012-7727730<\/a>) or e-mail (<a href=\"mailto:e-warranty@lencpaints.com.my\">e-warranty@lencpaints.com.my<\/a>) for general inquiries.<\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4.4 Claims must be lodged with LPSB within 30 days of defect occurrence.<\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4.5 Vehicles must be presented for inspection by LPSB or its appointed workshop. LPSB\u2019s findings, after investigation, shall be final and binding.<\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>5. Vehicle Accident Damage<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vehicle owners are responsible to ensure that their vehicle insurance includes coverage for the Product and related ancillary services.<\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>6. Miscellaneous<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rights under this warranty are non-transferable without LPSB\u2019s approval (except as provided under Clause 1.2.7).<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This warranty is governed by Malaysian law.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Failure to comply with processes, care instructions, or clauses herein will bar claims.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">LPSB reserves the right to substitute materials\/products of equal quality if originals become obsolete or unavailable.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This warranty excludes all implied warranties of fitness to the fullest extent permitted by law.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In the event of conflict, this Warranty prevails over any other LPSB materials.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">LPSB reserves the right to amend or modify this warranty at any time.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Registration constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>7. Care Instructions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7.1 <strong>Monthly Maintenance \u2013 HALO CLEARCOAT BOOSTER+<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Apply once per month to restore hydrophobic performance, gloss, and protection.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Essential to warranty validity.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7.2 <strong>Washing Guidance<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hand-wash or touch-less only (foam gun\/pressure washer).<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Avoid automatic brush washes.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Use only quality car wash soap.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Do not wash in direct sunlight; avoid abrasive towels.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7.3 <strong>Avoid the Following<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Parking near sprinklers or under trees.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Allowing bird droppings, sap, tar, or pollen to remain on the surface.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Using abrasive\/aggressive washing methods.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7.4 <strong>Contaminant Removal<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Remove droppings, tar, sap, or insects immediately.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Use alcohol-based solvents and microfiber towel.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Reapply HALO CLEARCOAT BOOSTER+ after cleaning.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7.5 <strong>Correct Washing Method<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Wash from top to bottom; wheels last.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Separate towels\/mitts for body and wheels.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rinse with pressure washer or hose.<\/span><\/li>\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dry only with clean microfiber (no air-dry).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/div>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/div>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HALO Product Warranty Program (LENC PAINTS SDN.
